Coconut Trading (Sai Coconut / SKAA Vilas)
Two of our trading companies, Sai Coconut and SKAA Vilas, procure over 2.5 lakh coconuts daily from farms across Tamil Nadu. These are transported by truck and delivered to northern Indian states including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Haryana.
We proudly serve over 1,500 clients in North India, supplying coconuts primarily for Hindu religious rituals and auspicious occasions, where coconuts hold deep cultural and ceremonial significance.
Coconut Copra Manufacturing (V.L. Trading & SKAA Agro Industries)
The V.L. Trading and SKAA Agro Industries divisions specialize in large-scale coconut copra production, processing approximately 150,000 coconuts per day at our modern facility in Vellakoil, Erode District, Tamil Nadu.
We supply high-quality copra to domestic oil mills and premium edible-grade copra to markets across North India, adhering to strict quality control standards. In addition, we export superior-grade coconut oil, tailored to meet client specifications and international quality requirements.
Coconut Fiber & Coir Rope Production (Sai Sivaa Industries)
Following de-husking, the coconut husk is processed at Sai Sivaa Industries & Siva Traders to produce high-quality coconut fiber and twisted coir rope.
- Annual output of twisted coir: 4,500 MT
- Export destinations: China, Germany, and Russia
- Domestic supply: To Leading Indian mattress manufacturers

Cocopeat & Coir Product Manufacturing (Sai Cocopeat Export Pvt. Ltd.)
Established in 2005, Sai Cocopeat Export Pvt. Ltd. operates from Dindigul and Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, with four specialized units:
- Dindigul Unit 1: Produces 5 kg cocopeat blocks, 1 kg blocks, 650 g briquettes, and coco discs.
- Dindigul Unit 2 (S.S. Coir): Manufactures coco chips, coco mulch, coco crush, and other value-added products.
- Pollachi Unit: Specializes in cocopeat blocks for export markets.
- Alangudi Raw Material Unit: Processes 150,000 husks daily, procuring 30–50 MT/day of raw material for consistent production.
Coco Grow Bag Manufacturing (Sai Substrates Pvt. Ltd.)
Founded in 2010, Sai Substrates Pvt. Ltd. is a dedicated facility for manufacturing premium coco grow bags.
